Directions

Making the Citrus Syrup: Put the listed ingredients in a pan, bring to a gentle boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the stove and leave to reach room temperature completely. Decant into a sealable bottle, cap it keeping it chilled, it can be stored for up to a month.

To make Batch Mix: Combine every liquid ingredients in a big jug, let it rest for an hour, then strain preferably using muslin, to ensure it's completely strained.

For serving: Measure 85ml of your premix into a stirring glass packed with ice, and stir gently for about 60 seconds to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass or similar, garnish with a few cranberries adding the final touch with a brief mist of the essential oil above the glass.
